Hi, after 6.1 update suddenly my Apogee Duet (latest drivers) firewire soundcard start hacking with only simple piano part like was struggling with big orchestra score. Worked fine in 6.03. Tried all the usual stuff like restarting, disconnecting/connecting the Duet Running latest Snow Leopard on a Mac Book Pro Jesper. All there is from Apogee is a Duet FireWire manual. And that is where things get interesting. I could downgrade my system to the original Maestro under Snow Leopard on a 2006 Intel Mac. There is however a significant cost to segregating audio work to a separate vintage system. How do i get the driver for apogee duet meastro 2.8.8 Share.
I had been on Snow Leopard and Duet worked fine. Upgraded to Mavericks, now it does not.

I plug it in initially (after reboot) and sound comes through the Duet. If I touch any volume control, the sound cuts out. In Maestro, the controls are all very finnecky, can't select any options. If I unplug and replug, still no sound comes through. Assuming it's a problem with Maestro compatability, but I've heard that Mavericks isn't really playing nicely with other non-apple hardware either. Suggestions?
